I am 5 months postpartum c section.. frequently urination with discharge prblm hai mujhe from last 2 year sy but ab kch months sy zyda ho rhai hai Meri gynaecologist ny mujhe ciprofloxacin metronidazole fosfomycin tinidazole azithromycin and cranberry diye thy it didn’t work for me..! Mein urine Culture test krwaya hai.. this is my report..!
start Inj Tanzo 4.5g IV BD(ATD) for 5 days

Do Ultrasound KUB
and if it is recuurent UTI then you may need cystoscopy as well
