person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, LAHORE

Its been more than a year that I have foamy/Fizzy urine. Mostly its there in 24 hours but sometimes its no foam in urine. I dont know what triggers the foam in urine but if 5 times out of 7 mu urine is fizzy foamy. When I stand up and urinate directly in the toilet bowl its starts to foam up like surf. Once I am done its starts to go away and within 5 mins most of the foam is gone. I did my renal function test and urine test all came normal. If I urinate in a bowl or container of sit down an urinate there is no foam. When I use muslim shower to flush away the urine it foams up again. What could be the reason? Please help.

Thank you all for replying. I am just concerned that maybe the urine sample I gave was the sample with no foam as I mentioned that 5 times out of 7 urine is foamy fizzy or bubbly. I have read online that proteinuria foam does not disappear from the toilet bowl. With me the bubbles start to pop once I am done urinating. And within a couple of minutes most of the foam is gone. If there was some sort of kidney damage would that have been shown in the tests I have done?
I am sorry but I do get scared. Doctor who I visited said its stress depression anxiety. Which I do have.
