Assalam o alaikum
i am 22 years old female unmarried. from the past two week i feel burning at the end of urination . my bladder have become so sensitive thst i have to go for frequent urination specially in the morning. moreover i am feel pain in my right kidney from past 3 days. on day 1 pain was sever but now it occurs when i move my right leg or during sitting or lying movements.
I haven't take any medicnes yet except citralka syrup. kindly suggest me which test do i need to get done for the diagnosis.

Walikumasalam, its seems like a Urinary tract infection. Do you have fever? with pain in your right kidney I am concerned about ascent to kidney. Pl get below tests done as part of initial workup:
Urine DR
Urine Culture
Ultrasound KUB with pre and postvoid.
Start below treatment, but send urine DR and Urine Culture before starting.
Focin Ultra Sachet (also available as Monural) 3gms at night after peeing, take single dose only. May cause a bit loose stoold but dont worry if that happens as its self resolving.
Pls also start Tab Solifen 5mg once a day to help with frequency.
You can continue Citralk if that helps you but that is just for symptomatic relief.
Further treatment will depend on your lab results and symptoms.
