Talk to Urologist on Frequent Urination

i have had this problem for a long time now. i pee several times a day. after drinking a glass of water, i have to pee within an hour. i am tired of this constant issue. even during the night, i have to go to the washroom twice at least even though i stop consuming liquids 3-4 hours before sleeping.

i drink a lot of water. more than 2 liters per day. i avoid different liquids as well.

my sugar levels are always normal. below 100 with and without fasting. it can't be UTI because the urine is a pale yellow color or clear most of the time and pee doesn't hurt. in case, i feel it's UTI, i immediately take Cranmax. i have had UTI many years ago so i am aware of the symptoms.

should i visit a urologist? or a gynecologist? i am married with no kids.
