Summary / My Symptoms: • Report shows Giardia Lamblia infection (parasite in intestines). • Mild infection markers (pus cells present). • I have occasional loose stools, stomach discomfort, and oily skin/scalp with hair fall.
My Questions: 1. What is the best treatment for Giardia infection in my case? 2. Do I also need antibiotics for the mild pus cells finding? 3. Could my oily skin and hair fall be linked to this stomach problem? 4. Should I do any additional tests or just start treatment?
