Asking For Self, Male 29, RWP
I have been experiencing a burning sensation and mild pain on the glans, especially near the urethra, for approximately [many weeks]. Sometimes, I also feel slight discomfort and a pulling sensation in the testicles. I completed a full course of antibiotics, which initially helped, but the symptoms have returned.
Additionally, there is a small, hair-like opening on the upper side of the glans, opposite the urethra. It is not normally visible but appears when the skin is stretched. Water contact causes a burning sensation on the affected area.
Is this a sign of an infection or another underlying issue? Do I need further medical treatment, another antibiotic course, or a different approach to managing this condition? Can I apply any cream?
