Talk to Urologist on Having Protein In Urine

Jb phly dr ne report dikhyn tu he said vitamin d deficiency hai.... Now kl ki appointment ke bd dr said he have protien in urine. And his kidney is infected ad my question is tha if his kidney is infected so why his creatinine is normal and blood urine is also normal. I m going to attach his report. Kindly guide me about the problem or the amount of protien in urine is sever or less
