Talk to Urologist on Hematospermia
Asking For Self, Male 23, Pakistan
I am a 23-year-old male experiencing hematospermia for the past 4 months. I had an ultrasound of the testes, but all findings were normal. A urologist prescribed a one-month course of Cepspam, Azomax, along with Denzen and Dicloran. I completed the medications as instructed, but the problem still persists.
What could be the cause? If it were a bacterial infection, it should have resolved with antibiotics. If it were only inflammation, then Denzen and Dicloran should have taken care of it. There were no signs of malignancy on the ultrasound either.
So, what might be the underlying cause of hematospermia in my case? Kindly let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes urine ka bhi issue h. Bladder aik bari urine krne me completely empty ni hota. Multiple times void krna prta h. Semen analysis nahi kraya abhi. Doctor ne kaha tha k ap antibiotics ki dose lein complete semen analysis ki zrorat nahi.
