Talk to Urologist on Hydrocele

I don't know and never talked to someone but now i think it's keep getting worse and worse.. im from from hydrocele over the period of 7 year when it started showing symptoms... I hardly know any patient who suffers with hydrocele and get cured so please help me if there's any to cope with this... I heard that hydrocele only treated through surgery and other methods ain't much affective while I've mediums size heaviness... So kindly help me what should i do because
