I'm 21 I have been masturbating for many yrs and I want to leave this habit it has affected my life. recently 3 months a go I had an indentation on the top side of the penis for the last 3 months tho it has not worsened but it does not pain either I rather feel a stretch when flaccid very occasionally on the indentation but become fperfect when erect Pls help I'm embarrassed of my self and have been silent just because of the embarrassment.
