Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Rawalpindi
About five months ago, my sperm count was 140 million.
Currently, I have severe oligoasthenospermia.
Hormonal profile:
Testosterone: 384 ng/dL
FSH: 9.5 mIU/mL
LH: 8 mIU/mL
Scrotal Doppler ultrasound:
No varicocele
No hydrocele
Testes are small in size
I would like your guidance regarding:
The possible causes of this rapid decline in sperm count.
Whether the small testes and current hormone levels suggest primary testicular dysfunction or another underlying issue.
Recommended next steps for evaluation and treatment to improve fertility.
