Dear patients needs some other investigation , like CT KUB stone protocol. Bcz there must be some other cause for hematuria like some hidden stone or some other pathology and if only proximal stone causes pain and some urine issue like urgency , frequency , or on off retention of urine so he might need some intervention like URS and proceeds .
He needs proper treatment because he has stone in kidney so take appointment through marham for proper treatment and get rid of your problems in 15 to 20 days
