Need to go for dmsa scan for renal function if less than 20% it needs to b removed, if well functioning than need to remove stone with Retrograde IntraRenal Scopy (RIRS) with Laser.
U can visit if suitable
You need thorough evaluation please consult near by urologist or phycian.

Please arrange DMSA for function of kidney. If its non functioning or poorly functioning, no need for ESWL or FURS. Its better to be removed if function is less than 15 % and symptomatic . Hope this is helpful
