I have a kidney stone 10mm according to the CT scan report. I was fine until few days back their is a swear pain in my kidney after that i feel burn when i urine. Now i feel pain after every few minutes on my penis tip. Need some medical suggestion

yes this pain is due to stone.
this stone will not be removed by medicine. It will only be removed by laser surgery
do not waste your time here and there to search for medicine
repeat ultrasound start Tab Leflox 500mg 1daily for 10 days cap Tamsolin 0.4mg at night for 3 weeks and pain killer there are minimum chances of spontaneous passage chances increase if you have passed the stone previously visit nearby Urologist may required endoscopic surgery thanks

Get a fresh ultrasound KUB and X-ray KUB. From the symptoms looks like the stone is stuck at lower Ureteric level but will be confirmed only after above investigations. If it's 10mm then lesser chances of passage with medicines. After investigations Consult your nearest Urologist.
