Talk to Urologist on OCD, Pelvic Pain, Pelvic Bones Pain, And Erection Related

I have OCD( religious OCD) i feel napak when i experience pre-ejaculate drops im expriencing these drops on daily basis in morning and without any thought even when i im outside. and when i found these stains i exprience immense anxiety. also i feel kind of pain in erection or tension also this is not common. also i m feeling kind of pain or tension in pelvic area and pelvic bones along with thigh bones because i have rod in femur but muscle cramps, legs pain, upper, lower back pain. and also im feeling hyper sexual arousal. its getting very hard to control. and also my erection is sligh bend downward and im worried about that. im underweigh. OCD gives me moral obsession always its right or wrong paak or napak even i fear to sleep in loose clothes that might these drops will transfer to bed sheet and then everywhere i dont give my clothes for washing to my mother even. this is happeningf from 5 years and now from 1.5 years ocd got intense and also my sexual urges. my tsh is normal but
