i was diagnosed with vericocele but left untreated for four years with some sort of scrotum problem (without pain, was diagnosed through ultra sound), now for few days my right testes looks swallowed and bigger than left tested, and paining with less intensity with slight continuous discomfort.
Varicocele can lead to testicular atrophy..
Confirm by examination and sacrotal Ultrasound
