Talk to Urologist on Pain In Testis

Salam, i am 24 years old, i am suddenly having a pain in my testis some time severe pain i even didn’t touch my testis. When i lie down on bed then i get some relief, after taking sleep of 5 to 6 hours i get complete relief. Is suffered from this situation a year before. Now the time the pain is too much i did not walk properly, and the pain start from testis and goes to bladder or below tha NAAF. In this condition some time i feel one testical size is bit small ane is bit large. And this pain is of 1 or 2 days then i get fine. I am not sure but i think that last year i have problem in Ramadan and this year again in Ramadan. Please suggest what will i do.
