Get an ULTRASOUND KUB (kidneys) done most likely pain can be due to Muscular spasm or kidney stones (ultrasound will guide us better) if kidney stone is there you should see a UROLOGIST...! Meanwhile for pain you can have Tab Nuberol forte (one tab every 4-6 hours in case of pain)
