Talk to Urologist on Penile Skin Infection/Irritation

I have a penile skin infection or irritation. I am not sure which one is it. It's on the shaft of my penis. I have been facing this issue for a long time now. It was initially on the left side of my shaft but now its below it. The skin becomes red and sensitive. There are micro tears on the skin and it also chaps. Sometimes there is a weird odour that comes from there. I have made used of ointments but none of them have worked.
Stop using over the counter medicines, perfumed soaps as they can harm instead of curing. Plz book an appointment for best prescription which help in reducing inflammation, sensitivity and drynes.
