Talk to Urologist on Penis Base Nervous Pain

Assalamualaikum Doctor,

I have been having pulling pain and tightness at the base of my penis for the last 2 months.

Current symptoms: 1. Constant pulling/kheench pain at penis base + testicle area 2. Pain increases/radiates to hip/groin when sitting on a chair 3. No swelling, wound, numbness, or urinary issues 4. Sensation is normal

Please advise: 1. Do I need any ultrasound or nerve test? 2. What medication/treatment is required for this?
