Wa Rahmatullah, i am a disabled person since 2002, in an accident i had spinal cord injury and no feeling in lower area(from chest) my urine is involuntary and i usually use adult diapers but some time i faced embarrassing situation when i am out from home when diaper is start leaking its very embarrassing and difficult to handle the situation now i started study's so i have to go out on daily basis just i want to consult and need information that in which time i drink water so most of time in day between 6am to 2pm my urine is little under control
