I feel very lethargic, I believe my testosterone levels are declining. Also my bladder is overactive , I have to urinate multiple times in a day even If I don't drink a sip of water. I get frequent wet dreams too , now I feel very weakness and I don't feel the same hardness in my it feels my testicle are inflammatory
