I have PE and ED issue since years I hardly last for 10-15 seconds
I have tried gonadil F course, and many other medicines available on internet to increase timings but no effect.
My BMI is 24.9 No exercise due to work routine No smoking No cold drinks 8 hours sleep usually eat home made food.
