urine culture and uroflowmetry.
continue this tamsulosin and repeat assessment with uroflowmetry and post void ultrasound again with medicine after 1 month .
if not improving then retrograde urethrography to rule out urethral stricture.
your prostate is mildly enlarged and most likely prostatic LUTS does not happen in your age . This medicine will not shrink your prostate size.
