Talk to Urologist on Saw Palmetto And Prostate

my age is 48 and my problem is that i urinate after 3 hours. i took a lot of time in urinating because i want to avoid the problem of leakage of drops. my problem is frequency and leakage of drops after urinating. I visited urologist and he recommended me mirabet 25 mg but there was no effect of mirabet. I stopped taking mirabet and after few days i felt improvement in frequency. I felt improvement because earlier i urinate after 3 hours and later the duration was increased to 6 hours. I felt improvement after taking care of timings and i stopped urinating too earlier or later. Kindly see my ultrasound report and guide me that i should take how much mg and how much dose of saw palmetto regularly. i am also taking aripiprazole 15 mg daily. kindly also tell me that there is any contraindication or interaction between aripiprazole and saw palmetto. below are the details mentioned in my ultrasound report

below are the details of my ultrasound including prostate size. kindly guide me that i should take how much potency of saw palmetto and there is any interaction or contraindication between saw palmetto and aripiprazole. i am taking aripiprazole 15 mg daily
ULTRASOUND KUB
Right Kidney:
10.8 × 4.2 cm (cortical thickness 1.1 cm)
Left Kidney:
10.0 × 5.2 cm (cortical thickness 1.1 cm)
Both kidneys show normal parenchymal echoes with smooth contours.
No mass, calculus or hydronephrosis on either side.
Bilateral normal CMD and sinus echoes are noted.
Urinary bladder is normal. No mass, calculus or wall thickening is seen.
Prostate is marginally enlarged measuring 3.30 × 3.46 × 6.45 cm (weight: 38.61 g).
Prevoid urinary volume is 283 ml.
PMRV is about 36 ml.
IMPRESSION
MILD PROSTATOMEGALY
aripiprazole and saw palmetto both are metabolized in liver but i can not comment on interaction b/c its a herbal medication and i have limitted knowlege of thta
you have mildly enlarge prostate so Go for Uroflometry and Urine R/E and if possible serum PSA as well
will see after that
