If the forward preogression in semen analysis is 1+ on a scale of 1-4, does that mean that the sperms are not moving forward? Is thete any treatment or ivf is the solution to have a baby?
Trial of medicine can be given. If after 3 months of course, there z no improvement then IVF z the soln

I have been consulting a few gynaecologists but they are not bothered about the forward progression value of 1.
To clarify, one cannot concieve with a forward progression of 1+ right?
