Talk to Urologist on Sexual Dysfunction After Ssri

Aoa! I have used SSRI drugs multiple times naming Paraxyl 20 mg and Escitalopram 10 mg. Although, I'm not currently using it and have left these since last year but I'm not same sexually as i was before. I have relatively low desire and a degree of numbness in my genital area which comes and goes to some extent. I have tried multiple Multivitamins recommended by andrologists but their effect was minimal. My total testosterone is 370-390 tested on two occasions. Need guidance in this regard.
