Talk to Urologist on Slight Burning Like Feel In Urination, Feels Like Blockage But Doesn't Hurt

Salam.
I am a 25 yrs old male. Recently, for past 3-4 months, I'm facing an issue that I'm shy to address myself. Marham seems to be the right platform for it.
The issue is that I feel burn like feeling in urination but very less intensity. Also, it seems like there's blockage in my penis or something that I can feel but it never hurts while urinating, but I can feel it - and it's hell annoying.
I have also felt, very slight and unbothering, pain around the kidney area and sometimes feels like there's some pressure but nothing that made me very concerned.
I'm shy to address the issue by visiting a doctor. I don't even know whom I should visit. I fear this issue might escalate and I don't know what to do. I even searched and I got to know something like priaprism but I'm not if that is what I'm suffering from.

I have no history of stone forming and passing; at least not diagnosed.
Also, I am not married but I am sexually active. It feels like there's a palpable thing in the penis, however, I cannot seem to touch or hold it when I try.
