so there are three things
Stones which need to be assessed with CT scan about its density size and place. on the basis of which we can decide the treatment plan because it\'s not just one treatment for all patients. it may not be suitable. more over on the basis of this report you might have to go for Lithotripsy. It may not even be two stone instead 1 large stone which looked like two stones on ultrasound than management Will be much different.
2ndly you have a cyst which is large cyst which looks simple but its large about 2cm so it needed to be evaluated too. As you need CT scan I\'ll prefer to go with contrast CT scan because it can tell us about cyst too
3rd thing you have trebeculations on bladder which needs to be assessed.
you see its not as simple as just telling you in 30 sec and single report give you management. take this medicine.
Firstly go with
CT urogram (Precontrast, Contrast, and Delayed phase)
then
consult urologist even if online
