Talk to Urologist on Testicle Pain

I am facing testicle pain in my left testicle, for more than 3 years. I have been attached to pornography for long time. It is disturbing me in my daily works. Most the time sitting in a chairs for long time i feel discomfort and specially after bike riding i feel longlasting pain. And now i can feel a little lump in my testicle. Please guide.

Get done . 1- urinalysis 2- ultrasound scrotum and testis. Tab voltral sr . Once a day for 3 days
You need an Ultrasound of Testes (preferably with Doppler) at least. Then discuss it with any urologist.
do Doppler ultrasound scrotum urine R/E then consult needs discussion reassurance and treatment if required
