Dear .........
URS is not dangerous procedure if done properly. It has nothing to do with sexual problems. On average every week I do 5-10 URS. In last 10 years I don’t remember any patient had any sexual problems after procedure. Not doing URS if it is necessary is definitely harmful for Kidneys.
