Talk to Urologist on Urge To Urinate But Can't

I am newly married and i had this feeling like I'm turned on or i am in the mood to be physical with my husband. I had this constant urge that i want to expel something out of me but even after intercourse I can't, i couldn't expel anything out and now i have this feeling that my vaginal canal is squeezed and constantly i want to pee but I can't do anything about it and it is exhausting me now. I don't know what to do I can't sleep either this is really restless.
