Asalam o alikum My mum is 56 years old and Alhamdulilah she is has no issues like Diabetes, bp or anything. Yes sometimes she complains about heart burning and gastric issues. So today she said, she is noticing that the urination is very less, she takes alot of water like 10 to 12 glasses of water a day and also liquid like lassi, fresh lime etc, she is complaining she doesnt even feel like passing out the urine, please suggest what can be done thankyou

Please start for her Capsule Maxflow 0.4mg once daily at night just before sleep.
She may feel low blood pressure after this. So be advise her to be careful at day time.
Also get her ultrasound KUB with post void residual Urine volume and send me the report. For further management.
