Talk to Urologist on Urination Problem

Sir,its been long time about 15 years I m facing same problem even I treated by well known doctor and I had not satisfy because every time I feel doctor not giving much an in hurry..problem is greasy yellowish drops in urine and in semen as well.. frequency of urination that's why I afraid to drink plenty of water , incomplete urination with hurdle,every time feel some thing drops remain in urethra...feel burning,and vibration in body while urinate..aside of these constipation,body pain,and I facing some psychological and psychiatric issues..every time my head or brain active ,fell anxiety depression and tired and sleepless...i am not sugar and bp is normal..homoglobin is normal,but thelesemia minor,semen count is low9,feeling weakness,sir please suggest what can I do I am unmarried,fed up and disappointed.
