sorry to hear about your a long-standing problem, how is your urine flow, have you ever passed blood in urine any urethral discharge, any h.o sexual health issues , any dribble, is burning is the initial part of stream or all along this information is no evidence of chronic infections then you will be better off seeing urology for a cystoscopy to rule out urethral or bladder problems .you can send a urine c/s and chlamydia PCR prior to this to ensure no abx is needed.
