Assalamu Alaikum! Dr, i had my urine r/e and culture. In urine r/e protein, wbc or epithelial cells were observed. And in urine culture no bacterial growth was observed but pus cells were seen. Although, had medication but still having pain in my bladder. And now, i can feel it happening in my pelvis, sometimes it radiates to the lower back. It was my third time with the same complaint. Please help me with this.

According to reports you have microscopic hematuria with proteinuria.
if your USG KUB is normal, then we have to take detail history including comorbidities , urine sample taken during or just after finishing menses.
You have to do creatinine and CT urography triphasic to rule out the cause of hematuria.
