Hello Everyone.Hope you are keeping Good health. I just want to get a quick expert opinion about an issue i am facing from few weeks. From last 15 days I started to observe that i am having unwanted drops of liquid on my pants and while i urinate i feel inflammation in urinary track. Additionally i have also observed the pace and intensity of urination is low even if i hold it for sometime. I am also experiencing a low erection in the morning and other times of the day. I got urine test and KUB ultrasound. You can see them in attachments. I have consulted a doctor too but i am not satisfied by the treatment. 10 days of medication healed me almost 20-30% only.Thank you in advance. JAZAKALLAH

Asalamo alaikum.... Nothing to be too much concerned about. Reports are just fine, inflammation you don't feel rather its a process due to underlying cause. Anyways for erection we can discuss, for drops it may be prostatic fluids or just residual drops. If still concerned contact clinic for visit.

Burning Micturition or jalan wala urine or sufaid peep in urine is a sign that urine ph has changed due to infection,dehydration,diet,strenous activity,excessive meat consumption or holding of urine for long period of time. For all these we have to start with a detailed history including and excluding all risk factors i have mentioned above. After history, if needed ,few tests would be advised for clear diagnosis. UTI or urinary tract infections are common in children,young males and females of every age group.
