Talk to Urologist on Urine Issue

"Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor, I am 41 years old and live in Islamabad. For the last two days, my urine output has been less than usual, and I also feel a burning sensation while urinating. Two days ago, I spent the entire day in the sun. In the morning, I had an omelet and paratha for breakfast, and I ate the same thing for lunch. At night, I had a heavy dinner, including chicken karahi and other rich foods. Since the next day, I have been experiencing these issues. Although I am drinking plenty of water, the problem persists. What could be the reason? Is it due to dehydration or something else? I have never had any urinary problems before. I feel a burning sensation while passing urine, but there is no pain. The urine color is also normal and not very yellow. Please guide me a little regarding this issue. JazakAllah Khair."
