It's been 12 years 1 am having urinal issues , burning sensation although urine tests are clear and can't relieve my self completely. please check my attached ultrasound report and guide whether is there any safe and non scary treatment for this issue ?

Assalamo Alaikum. Dear don't be despair and loose hope over this symptom. Burning Micturition or jalan wala urine or sufaid peep in urine is a sign that urine ph has changed due to infection,dehydration,diet,strenous activity,excessive meat consumption or holding of urine for long period of time. PESHAAB baar baar ana is also a symptom of this.For all these we have to start with a detailed history including and excluding all risk factors i have mentioned above. After history, if needed ,few tests would be advised for clear diagnosis. UTI or urinary tract infections are common in children,young males and females of every age group. Regarding urethral discharge,we should know history of contact and few tests to reach proper diagnosis. For a complete discourse, kindly consult me via marham.

and for urethral stenosis there is only surgical option which is CYSTOSCOPY AND DILATATION. There is no permanent medical treatment for urethral stenosis

bcz ur ultrasound shows that after urinating there is 82ml urine left in your bladder. and as per the history given by you it is urethral stenosis. and to confirm it, i have advised you UROFLOWMETRY
