Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Faisalabad
Sir i go to washrom for urind every 1.5 to 2 hrs ... even i can control this for 3 to 4hrs.. but during this controlling period,a slight pain or strech occurs in bladder and testicles.. Sometimes randomly light pain occurs in bladder and testis. My detailed urine report is normal Kidney and bladder ultra sound is normal.
Kindly have A URINE CULTURE REPORT done and visit my clinic. Mamji Hospital Karachi (daily 4-6pm except Sundays).
Start the medications below.
Tab. Solfi 5mg1+1.
Tab. Ciproxin 500mg 1+1.
Tab. Panadol 1+1+1.
For 5 days

Should i go for scrotal ultrasound?? Kindly recommend me treatment

Kindly have URINE CULTURE and CT KUB done and come to my clinic with reports. If you're in karachi, kindly visit Mamji Hospital Karachi (daily 4-6pm except Sundays). I how you will take your confirm seriously and will visit clinic

Is there any difference between detailed urine report And urine culture report???
