Talk to Urologist on Urine Problem

Dr my age is 23 .I have all these symptoms from past 3 months.

Constant urinary urgency (feels like urine is always present)

Frequent urination: after drinking 1 glass of water, I need to urinate 6–7 times

Slow urine flow

Urine passes in drops after initial stream .I have to strain to pass these drops of urine

Feeling of urine remaining even after using the toilet

Sensation of incomplete bladder emptying.

And there is also constipation in between.

I have taken a lots of medicine. I have done many tests but I do not understand anything. I had this problem since 2020, then it got better in the middle, and now it is happening again from last 3 months.
