Talk to Urologist on Urine Protein And Low Urine Output

In August 2024, I took a weight gain tablet for just 3 days, but I started experiencing shortness of breath, so I stopped taking it. Since then, my urine has been bubbly. I got a urine analysis done, and it showed trace protein.

In January 2025, I had a severe headache, so I got my blood pressure checked—it remained high (around 144/89) for 18 consecutive days but then normalized on its own. Now, I occasionally get mild headaches that go away by themselves, but I don’t check my BP during those episodes.

For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water daily (each glass is 360 ml). However, after each glass, I only pass about 25–30 ml of urine, and it’s usually amber-colored and very concentrated. Sometimes, I also notice small mucus threads in the urine.

If I sit under a fan after drinking water, my urine output improves a bit, and the color becomes pale yellow.
