Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Peshawar
I have discomfort with post ejaculation and urination On/ off Discomfort, sometime burning sensation at urithra tip Cystoscopy prostatic urithra inflammation.
Urine Rbc 4-6 Pus 2-4 Leucocytes Nil.
Semen culture negative Urine PCR negative ,CT/NG Naat negative,Hiv negative, sypillis Chlamydia igm negative HSV IGG positive (Not confirmed either type 1 or 2 Hsv igm for type 1 & 2 negative Pelvic ultrasound normal.
Medicine used Ciprofloxacin, Azirhomycin , Doxycycline, Ceftriaxon injection, Tenadazole, Moxifloxacin, Sulzone no relief
How this happened Urologist diagnosed chronic prostatis Could you please advise about HSv igg positive I have doubt maybe this is the only cause of discomfort and burning sensation.
Please Use SSRI (Tab Paraxyl 20mg)+muscle relaxnt ( Movax 4mg) +Gabica 100mg....for 1 month, u will b 100 percnt fine
