Talk to Urologist on Urology...drop After Urine

Assalaam u alaykum.i am Alhamdu lillaah healthy and I have a small issue that most of the times I urinate,a drop comes out after few 99 percent of cases that single drop comes out while offering prayer. As precaution I spend extra time in penis and testacles after I press area under testes(area between testes and rectum)to excrete any I stand up and again put penis in a sink so as if any drop is inside it should come out but still when I start prayer drop comes during rukoo sometimes during sajdaa.
