Yes it’s varicocele but varicocele could be present in any man. This doesn’t necessarily mean dangerous. But it depends why you did it. Not only report but history is important. Better to discuss in online video consultation.

varicocele is a condition in which veins of your testes are dilated and as a result blood pools up in those veins due to which temperature of testes is raised which can damage sperms. it can cause pain or heaviness in testes or some people have no symptom at all.
if a person is married and has no children then it is necessary to go for surgery bcz varicocele is among the causes of infertility. For unmarried, the correct thing is to wait and observe till marriage. If no children after marriage then go for surgery.
there is NO medical cure.of this condition
