Talk to Urologist on UTI And Poor Sperm Motility

I was having pain in lower abdomen quite few months ago and doctor advised me ultrasound abdomen, RFT and urine C/E so i got them done on september 30th. Reports are attached below according to those reports my RFT and ultrasound were normal but had some issues with urine reports so doctor diagnosed UTI gave me Citrosoda and amoxil with some other drugs i had them but did not complete the course my bad. And later on i got my tests done 3 days ago and found issue with my reports of CBC, rest others (LFT, RFT) were normal. I got my semen analysis done along with them and found poor motility of sperms. Can UTI cause poor motility? Furthermore I eat alot of fast food and my food intake is pretty bad and soft drink especially coke intake is much. Do let me know how can i improve this thing. I had changed my diet already.
