Asking for Self, Male, 21 years old, Rawalpindi
I have a problem. I dont know wether it is an STI or UTI. I had unorotected sex a month ago. Now from 2 days im feeling burning sensation in my pee and i have frequent urge to pee. I dont have any unusual discharge etc. nor any pain in penis or testicles. But what concerns me is that there are some white spots around my dick head on my foreskin and i think they are gradually increasing. It doesnt hurt or rash or itch or anything like that Seeing symptoms on google has worried me so much. Picture is attached below , for your kind advice please.

Now it is fine? The burning and all that. I used cipesta tabs. Should i still worry for that spots. They are painless. And all the symptoms are now clear. No burning no problem
