your semen analysis is normal and if you have no symptoms thn no need to do surgery at ths time

your semen report is normal
if u have no pain or heaviness in testes then there is no need for surgery.
wait and watch till marriage. If after marriage u have no children for 1 yr or more than that then we have to go for varicocelectomy.
But at present if there are no troublesome symptoms then no need to do surgery at present
