person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Islamabad

I've been diagnosed with bi lateral vericocele an year back. Ever since i am in severe pain on and off I'd rather die than have this pain on some days. Every doctor that I see says its not vericocele pain then what is it??? I sometime have scrotum pain which is worst and sometimes penis tract pain not even painkillers work unless i get an injection. Plz help I can't take this pain anymore.

You need to be evaluated for any urinary tract stones by means if an ultrasound.
You also need to check if at the severe pain onset do your testis change shape and position. If this is so you may have intermittent torsion. As Varicocoel truly does not produce so much pain

AlhamdoLillah no stones. The pain comes and goes and feel like a mild squeeze of testicles but not change in shape or position. No urinary problem at all. Started having erection issues as well ever since the diagnose (if relevant)
