Yes hus diet plan realy work out to loss weight.Sir kindly bring some change in diet food like I morning having eggs with tea coffe or green tea in lunch take vegetable,fruit,beans ,milk,or anything at night same food.But it's very difficult to take same diet from morning till night.But my experience with him is excellent very super doctor
